A few hints on using the comparable feature; Select the Parcel tab and do search for your subject property, then click on the Parecl Comparables Icon (Box with a C) then the most of the property information will be filled in for you...all you have to do is click on the buttons (they look like little circles) for the items you want to compare...then Click on the Count Parcels button at the bottom...it will count the number of parcels that meet your criteria...did I mention that when you Count Parcels in the Comparable feature that it is free...plus we use the County Records for sales comparables so they have all the sales including homes that were sold by owner.
